Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc graces Sirib Youth Leaders Graduation Ceremony
NEWSFLASH: Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc graced the Sirib Youth Leaders Scholars Graduation Ceremony held at the Laoag City Multi-Purpose Hall on July 5, 2022.
Mayor Michael Marcos Keon delivered the opening remarks. Vice-Governor Ma. Cecilia Araneta Marcos and Vice Mayor Rey Carlos Fariñas were also present during the program.
The Sirib Scholarship was an initiative of Senator Imee Marcos during her stint as Governor of Ilocos Norte.
