THE NEW MODEL BUILDING OF THE FSCAP-LAOAG, INAUGURATED
NEWSFLASH: The new Model Senior Citizens Center of the Federation of Senior Citizens Association of the Philippines-Laoag City Chapter (FSCAP) located at Barangay 1, San Lorenzo was inaugurated on March 22, 2023.
The city government gives FSCAP usufructuary right over the land where the building was erected. The fund for the construction was sourced from the coffers of FSCAP and from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
