NEWSFLASH: Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc graced the Sirib Youth Leaders Scholars Graduation Ceremony held at the Laoag City Multi-Purpose Hall on July 5, 2022.
Mayor Michael Marcos Keon delivered the opening remarks. Vice-Governor Ma. Cecilia Araneta Marcos and Vice Mayor Rey Carlos FariΓ±as were also present during the program.
The Sirib Scholarship was an initiative of Senator Imee Marcos during her stint as Governor of Ilocos Norte.
