Awarding of Motorized Tricycle Operators Permit (MTOP) to the first 38 Tricycle Operators
Mayor Michael Marcos Keon Yours led the awarding and distribution of Motorized Tricycle Operators Permit (MTOP) to the first 38 tricycle operators among 370 applicants who were granted amnesty for their tricycle franchises through an appropriate ordinance on September 30, 2022.
Also present during the awarding and distribution were Vice Mayor Rey Carlos Farinas, Councilors John Michael Farinas, and Derick Lao, and Mr. Francisco Martin, the President of the Federation of Tricycle Associations of Laoag City.
