The city government granted the usufructuary rights over the 518.5 square meters
NEWSFLASH: Mayor Michael Marcos Keon, Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc and Mr. Ismael Ali, president of the Ilocos Norte United Muslim Association signed on June 21, 2022, the Tripartite Agreement for the construction of a multi-purpose building in Barangay 1 San Lorenzo for the Muslim community.
The city government granted the usufructuary rights over the 518.5 square meters lot in the said barangay for a period of 25 years while the provincial government allocated the amount of Four Million Pesos to cover the cost and expenses for the construction of the multi-purpose building. Also, present to witness the signing were City Assessor Engr. George Dimalaluan, City Legal Officer Atty. Franklin Calumag, officers of the Ilocos Norte United Muslim Association and other members of the Muslim community, and barangay officials headed by PB Melvyn Santos.
