THE CITY GOVERNMENT PURCHASES STATE OF THE ART MOBILE X-RAY MACHINE
The City Government of Laoag purchased a new state-of-the-art mobile X-ray machine for the Laoag City General Hospital (LCGH), the blessing of which was attended by Mayor Michael Marcos Keon on November 18, 2022.
The blessing of the said X-ray machine was led by Rev. Fr. Joel Bruno Barut, the personnel and staff of the LCGH headed by Dr. Marsha Lou Wapan, the Chief of Clinics, Dr. Mary Ann Luis, the Head of the Radiology Department, Dr. Euselyn Narcise together with the City Budget Officer, Ms. Nelda Casas, City General Services Officer, Mr. Clinthon Ulep, and OIC City Accountant, Ms. Loelyn Acain.
