NEWSFLASH: A total of 412 Laoag got vaccinated with Gamaleya Sputnik V vaccines at the Laoag City General Hospital (LCGH).
The roll out was simultaneously done with Astrazeneca vaccination at the Divine Word College of Laoag (DWCL).
